Our studio and holiday accomodation is located high in the hills of Highland Perthshire nestled amongst mature trees populated with red squirrels. We hold Pilates and Breathwork classes, 121 sessions, bespoke retreat days and wood fired sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy sessions.
